Key to the success of a project is the health and safety of all those affected by the installation and commissioning phases. With modern pressures on time scale, the planning of health and safety is an integral aspect of project management. Trained to the CITB SMSTS (site management safety training scheme), we can manage your sites for you, either on a part time or full time basis.

Regardless of the size of the installation, typical methods of site management we use include;

Daily installation team meetings

• Agreed equipment delivery schedules to site
• Manage multi-disciplinary installations
• Site H & S audits
• Manage health and safety plan for installation
• Issue and manage permits to work; either clients own, or pre-designed forms from the Rawman Consulting quality system can be used
• Manage contractor health and safety documentation
• Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Supplier health and safety assessment prior to equipment delivery, including, if required a visit to the supplier to review their H & S systems
